Welcome to Vlaire. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General
Vlaire ("we," "our," "us") sells cosmetics, haircare, and body care products, including shampoo, hair masks, and body wash, and delivers across Pakistan. By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Orders & Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. Placing an order does not guarantee availability — we will notify you if an item is out of stock.
3. Order Confirmation
Orders may be confirmed via a phone call or SMS before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified, appears fraudulent, or has an incomplete/incorrect address.
4. Pricing & Product Information
We make every effort to display product details, ingredients, and images accurately. Slight variations in color, packaging, or formulation may occur between what's shown online and the product received.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer local delivery within Lahore and nationwide delivery across the rest of Pakistan, each at their respective rates. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or address issues. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage or defect. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and process.
7. Product Use & Liability
Our products are intended for external use only, in line with the usage instructions on the packaging. Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs. Vlaire is not liable for misuse or use inconsistent with product instructions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Vlaire name, logo, product images, packaging design, and written content — is the property of Vlaire and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vlaire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products, beyond the value of the product purchased.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
