Do you deliver nationwide? Yes! We deliver across Pakistan. Orders within Lahore qualify for our local delivery rate, while orders outside Lahore are shipped at our standard nationwide rate.

How long does delivery take? Lahore orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Nationwide orders take 3–5 business days depending on your city.

What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You simply pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Can I return or exchange a product? For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused products in their original packaging, within 3 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Are Vlaire products cruelty-free? Yes, all Vlaire products are cruelty-free and made with botanical extracts.

How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation call/SMS with your tracking details. You can also reach out to us directly for an order update.

What if I'm not available when my order arrives? Our courier partner will typically attempt delivery more than once and may contact you to reschedule. Please keep your phone reachable after placing an order.
